Shipping Policy

At, we strive to provide excellent service which includes the security of shipping your packages. We have opted to provide you with multiple options for shipping your order that provides tracking numbers to ensure that you can monitor your shipment as it travels to your doorstep.

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email detailing the ordered items and your shipping information. Please double-check these (country, street number, company name, unit…), and contact us promptly in case of mistake. If you didn’t receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

We try our best to process all ordersWithin 1-3 business daysof receipt, but it can take longer during peak periods (holiday seasons, big sales, etc…).

We have elected to use the most affordable shipping prices through priority mail international. It can take up to 1-5 business days to process orders after they are received. Delivery can range from 7-14 business days depending on your proximity (does not deliver on Sunday or holidays) and has no specific guaranteed delivery time. Due to differing international customs processes, cannot be held liable for any packages shipped via this method. But the maximum delivery time is 14 days.

Delivery can take longer during peak periods or if your parcel is being checked by customs. It may be delayed for 5 business days for any special situations. While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.

Once it has left our warehouse, should you run into any tracking issues, please contact the shipping carrier. If you did not receive your package, you may file a complaint report with them directly. In some cases, we may elect to use a shipping method that requires a signature upon receipt, based on the total value of your order. If you want to ensure that we ship your international package with tracking confirmation to your door, you may make a direct request with customer service


After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier’s information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. You can track your items on the carrier’s official website after 24 hours.

Once they arrive in your country, your local postal services take over. This means you’ll be able to track your parcel on your local postal services’ website with the same tracking number. If the tracking shows that the parcel couldn’t be delivered for any reason, please contact your local post office first, to have further details. Since they are handling your parcel, they would be able to give you information that we don’t have.

Please note that tracking is active for 60 days, so we will not be able to assist you if you contact us after this period.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

We know how important your order is! We provide our customers with the option to track your package through If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.

We will always do our best to assist you, but we do not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.

You have the option to purchase insurance during checkout for your package. This insurance protects small package shipments against loss, damage, or delays up to the full sales price.


If a package is returned to due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.

This is why the following estimated delivery table cannot be guaranteed; it depends on your country’s current status. For your information, most postal services are still experiencing transit/delivery delays due to limited airline capacity, government restrictions, important safety measures including physical distancing, employee absences (quarantine), customs procedures, and the significant increase in package volume every day as a result of the pandemic. They are still working hard to collect, process, and deliver mail/parcels in these unprecedented times.
